Unexpected miracles in Mohanji’s presence

By Natalija Mejandzieva, Macedonia

Some time ago, I had the wish to apply and serve Mohanji. He made it possible, as he is always focused on fulfilling our desires with the purpose of exhausting the karma in our lives. Even though I served him for a short period of time, I encountered many situations, miracles and people. First, serving Mohanji has been a blessing. What does that mean exactly? Being his personal assistant for a short period of time, assisting during travels, meetings, programs and tasks so his work goes smoothly.

Even though he can manage everything himself, he is letting us be close to him because when we are close to a Master physically, he does much more than we are aware of, depending on our openness and receptivity. In the experience from the past couple of days, what stayed with me the most was the deep feeling of how he works. I would like to share some things here because I know how much difference it has made for me to read people’s testimonials about Mohanji.  Nothing is truly ordinary in Mohanji’s presence.

Glimpse of the unseen work:

We travelled from Bangalore to Trivandrum, reached the hotel and on the first day in the late noon, I noticed that he was working on his phone very focused. I asked him something, and he didn’t respond. I figured I should be quiet. After some time, he turned to me and asked me a question, which I didn’t hear at the moment because I was struck by his eyes, which were changed in a way. Physically bigger, vast, distant and defocused, while striking me with the intensity of a laser. I answered his question after a few seconds, but what I felt was that he was working far beyond my understanding, only showing a tiny fragment of something much greater happening.

“I have my ways, and I am a very impatient man”:

In the same hotel, we picked up a few separate papers with wifi passwords, each one meant for a different device. Mohanji’s phone couldn’t connect for some reason, even though we tried with a few different ones we had. I went to the reception desk to take another paper with a new password. When I came back, I sat next to him, ready to tell him the password, but before I even started, he said, “Done, connected.”

I asked him how he could connect when I didn’t even read out the password. He responded in a cheeky way, “I have my ways; I am a very impatient man.” Thea, being more used to hearing statements and seeing miracles like this, smiled knowingly. I was just looking at him, amazed at how he does what he does.

Time adjusts when Mohanji decides.

We continued our journey from Trivandrum to Shoranur by train, which saved us 4 hours less than with a car, given the fact that the monsoon started earlier than expected. We reached the destination, and we proceeded with a car to Mannarkad. Here, I witnessed another miracle. When we started, the map application clearly showed that we would reach our destination in 2 hours. At that point, the weather was calm.

After some minutes, it started pouring heavy rain, making it more difficult to drive. For some reason, instead of the estimated time of travel increasing, as expected, it decreased. What was even more strange was that the time changed in a matter of minutes. Since my mind started asking questions about how the time can be so much reduced, I googled wanting to check if the distance was 2 hours or maybe less. It showed that it was even more than 2 hours, or to be exact, 2 hours and 15 minutes. When I expressed my amazement, Mohanji laughed and said that he didn’t want to waste time.

Read between the lines.

I was sitting in Mohanji’s room, and he was reading a newspaper. What I noticed after some time was that he was folding and unfolding the newspaper, only reading the first and the second half of the first page. This went on for some time without stopping, which was very strange to see. I could see his eyes were going through the lines of the text, but very clearly, he was not here again. I got a feeling that he leaves his mind engaged with some content and does some major background work. And I think in some way he let me notice this. The next day, when I asked him if what I felt was correct, he responded with a question, “How did you know?”

How much work is being done in what we cannot see?

I also had a deep, unshakable feeling that his entire body was like a map of the universe. It’s difficult to put into words, but I feel that every part of him is engaged in some kind of sacred work. For instance, whenever he was intensely focused, his calf muscles would repeatedly twitch at the same spot. Once his focus shifted, it would stop. Then, again, during another moment of deep concentration, his calf muscle and foot would begin twitching in the rhythm with something I couldn’t see but could somehow feel. I never asked if what I was sensing was true, but deep inside, I knew that whatever was happening was connected far beyond the ordinary.

Weather knows the divine work.

From the first day we reached Kerala, it was raining a lot. The news was constantly reporting that the monsoon had arrived one week earlier than expected. Mohanji shared that this was connected to the Pranapratishta of Pathirisseri Sastha Temple, which was fixed on 28.05. This temple was made to honor the family deities in the Mohanji family, and the temple is also open to everyone else. I haven’t participated in many ceremonies like this, but what I witnessed was that whenever the pujas were being done, the rain would pour the heaviest like there was a cleansing happening as if the whole area needed to be purified before the idols could be installed.

Mohanji was always smiling when the heavy rain came, in his way confirming that this is true. He told us that after the Pranapratishta, the sky would become clearer. On the day the Pranapratishta was completed, I got to see the sun in Kerala for the first time! When I told this to Mohanji, he simply said, “I told you so,” of course with his cheeky smile. What he said a few times after was that this kind of weather doesn’t happen in May and that, usually, the temperature rises to 46-48 degrees. What more can we say except thank you for showing us how Masters work.

Through the eyes of an Avadhoota

On the day of the Pranapratishta, we were sitting at Mohanji’s Uncle and Aunt’s house, two very nice and sweet people who love him so much and are contributing to what Mohanji is doing for the world. While we were sitting in the living room, Mohanji entered the room with a few people and an old, short lady who was wearing orange clothes. There was something about her. Mohanji presented her as a very powerful Avadhoota, with whom he communicated on another level, but that day was the day when they physically met.

Mohanji told us that she has been living with her family, who didn’t think she was normal. Another thing about her was that she disappeared for some time, and nobody knows where. On the day she visited Mohanji, her family asked her where she would go, to which she responded, “To meet someone who you cannot see!” When the family asked if he had left the body, she answered: “No, but if he has, you wouldn’t have seen him at all!” This means that even while he is in the physical body, people often don’t have the eyes to see who he truly is and once he leaves the body, the chance to recognize him becomes even less.

There is so much value and truth in these words, where we see how powerful Masters and Avadhootas are recognizing Mohanji, and we, even though many times he has shown, do not perceive his greatness. While we were sitting together, she said to everyone in the room silently, “You are lucky to sit with him!” She was totally defocused from the group but very focused on Mohanji. There was a radiant joy in her eyes as she looked at him like a child. Her face danced with dramatic expressions, each movement revealing the depth of her recognition, and silent celebration of the divine presence before her.

Of course, she was speaking in Malayalam, so a girl was translating, and even Mohanji had the role of a translator, or more as an interpreter of cryptic Malayalam. It was a rare opportunity to experience this, which he made possible for all the people who were there to meet her, exchange few words with her, and, most importantly, to witness How Mohanji is seen through the eyes of an Avadhoota! My feeling is that Mohanji knows everything, and his way of functioning as a Master, a Guru, a spiritual teacher, and a son of God is on a very high level only few can perceive. High Masters have recognized his true stature. I truly hope his greatness, devotion and contributions will be felt and appreciated by many.

The connection with a Master is made, but from then on, it is on the person to work on how deep the connection develops further. This is why when we have doubts, dilemmas, unclarity, questions, insecurities and feelings of disconnection, we should do something about it and restore our faith.

  • We should always write about our experiences with him and read when we feel these things
  • We should reach out to people who are connected to him and can help us see things more clearly
  • We should always remember Mohanji in our hearts

Some while ago, I shared my gratitude to him for showing me some things that are miraculous. His response was that there would be much more and to keep the eyes open. In other words, be receptive and have faith.

Love you Mohanji
