Reflections from Mohanji’s Global Satsang (24th August, 2025)
There are moments in life when a single statement penetrates deeper than a hundred explanations. In yesterday’s Global Satsang, Mohanji shared such a truth — one that lingers long after the words were spoken. He declared with clarity: “Every individual stands alone when facing the realities of life.”

This simple yet profound declaration carries immense depth. Each of us, no matter how surrounded we may be by family, friends, or society, must ultimately walk through our challenges by ourselves. In the most testing moments, the strength that sustains us does not come from outside but must rise from within.
Mohanji illustrated this through his own life. He spoke of a time of deep crisis, when there was no one around him to provide comfort or support. Instead of sinking into despair, he turned inwards. Every morning, without fail, he woke up at 3 a.m. and immersed himself in silence and sadhana. This discipline was not a one-time effort, but a daily commitment — a steady process, untouched by distraction or deviation. Over time, it shaped him into the spiritual presence we know today.
What emerges from this sharing is a threefold teaching. The first is facing one’s reality with courage. Escapism, denial, or dependence on others cannot carry us through life’s storms. The second is absolute conviction and faith in oneself. When we stop doubting our inner capacity, we discover that we already hold the power to endure and transform. The third is consistency. True strength does not come from a single act of determination, but from showing up, day after day, with the same resolve.
Applied together, these principles form a shield. They prevent the mind from falling prey to depression, confusion, or delusion. Instead, they lead us to a place of clarity. The mind begins to detach naturally from external disturbances, no longer swayed by the temporary noise of the world. In that detachment, we discover something extraordinary — a reservoir of strength and beauty that has always been within us.
Mohanji reminded us that this inner wealth is the only true asset we can claim in this life. Everything else — possessions, relationships, achievements — is temporary and fleeting. But the inner strength cultivated through discipline, faith, and self-awareness stays with us across the limited span of our earthly existence.
When we awaken to this reservoir within, life takes on a new meaning. It becomes infused with love, but a love free from attachment. It blossoms with compassion, but without conditions. Such love does not bind; it liberates. Such compassion does not discriminate; it embraces all beings.
To touch this state is to experience life in its purest form — unburdened, expansive, and luminous. It is to recognise that the journey of the soul is not about accumulation, but about awakening. Mohanji’s words remind us that even in solitude, we are never truly empty. Within us lies the eternal flame of strength, waiting to be kindled.
Thank you, Mohanji.
