Transformations through group meditations – Part 1
My courage is undoubtedly far more powerful than my self-doubt and my attitude more powerful than my mind.

These months of lockdown have been, for me, such a privileged time; it has been difficult to believe possible. Chance to rest, reflect, accept and heal in unspeakably profound silence with the suspension of all demands and duties. I barely spoke – nor wanted to – for weeks on end. It has been a precious gift of re-connection and harmony with a healing Earth, during which love and gratitude often rose spontaneously like a fountain springing tears of blissful joy.

“What’s our tradition? Unconditional love, right? It doesn’t matter who treats us in which way. We will always show our true nature in every circumstance, which is to be unconditional love. If someone asks me for help, I cannot say no. Saying no is not in our tradition, even if it puts me in trouble. It doesn’t matter.”
A few days back I came to know about the Power of Purity (PoP) group meditation and something inside me inspired me to be a part of it. I heard people saying group meditations are very powerful, it is like lifting a log together versus one person lifting it and now from my experience, I can say all those beautiful people were right. I am only halfway through 41 days of PoP meditation, but I feel what people call bliss!
I pray that this joy and blessings be bestowed on everyone. May his kindness and mercy give directions to all of us. May his grace always stay upon us and guide us. May he give me the wisdom and strength to practice his teachings in day to day life and offer this as Guru Dakshina at his lotus feet.
Flashback to March 2018: On the last day of the Machu Picchu trip, I had this weird dream early in the morning, where I saw Mohanji going away from me. I was a bit disturbed by this dream and ended up speaking to Mohanji and requesting him never to leave me.
He said to me, “I’ll never leave you.” Then after a pause, he said, “Come to Badrinath.”
With Mohanji’s grace, I took a mini-vacation this month. This was a long-awaited trip. We travelled through the west coast of Canada to Banff, Jasper and Vancouver. I did not have many expectations from this trip; I was only looking forward to a break. I had seen several pictures of the places I was going to visit but, was not prepared for what I saw.
Mohanji patiently stood near the doorway while each person took a picture with him. Taken by George, the pictures were stunning. The vibrant red of the vest, the bandana, and the cool shades made Mohanji look so amazing. But most of all, the words on the vest, ‘Lifeguard’ was just perfect! The loving Guru, the Eternal Charioteer, the Guardian of our life and soul, was fulfilling yet another loving wish. Thank you dearest Mohanji, for this precious picture that we are all blessed to have.
