EMpowered by Mohanji – 3
It came all too quickly – the final day of the 11-day workshop – Fear to freedom – the deconstruction of the lead-weights of 800 + participants was subtle – very subtle, and it was from the deepest levels of our beings.

This program has shed a lot of light on me, as both Mohanji and I intended to set the ground for my future path. Endless gratitude to Mohanji, Tradition, all the wonderful Acharyas, and all the participants. Immense GRATITUDE to everyone and everything.
I was feeling the Mpowerment. I felt immense gratitude for this; Mohanji had put an ordinary stone from the roadside as a crystal on the podium! I didn’t ask, “Why?” I didn’t ask, “Do I deserve it?” I only melted; I dissolved. I realised this ego, this identity called ‘Subhasree’, had no meaning because I was not operating from my own physical body. For me, this was an experience of merging with Mohanji, going beyond physical dimensions.
Aditya and Rekha from India share their experiences of practising a deep cleansing technique gifted to the world by Mohanji called the Conscious Gapless Breathing.
As usual, before the start of the session, there was an open discussion and thereafter an explanation on Mohanji’s quote on, “Truth as it is”. I could not understand much about the various points discussed like time, space, measuring tape, shapelessness, mindlessness etc. Maybe due to my lack of proficiency/fluency in English, I preferred to keep quiet.
One of the techniques was chanting mantras. Acharyas were asked to chant a mantra 108 times on Facebook live in the morning and in the evening. Chanting mantras release positive energy, which decreases negative thoughts and stress levels. Chanting mantras is an ancient practice that calms your mind and emotions.
As I reflect on this whole journey and the Mohanji factor in it, the key thing that has really struck me was that there are no half-measures when Mohanji takes responsibility. Everything is done to the fullest extent possible. He truly means it when he says that he treats people like his own family. Irrespective of his own schedule, there are no compromises or short cuts in delivering on his commitments. He repeatedly told us, “Do what a son would do for his father. Do as if Mohanji is doing.” In that process, he also highlighted the value of the putra dharma (duty of a son/child) that Mohanji values above all other duties to society and even sadhana (spiritual practices)
May Appa, Mr Gopalakrishnan’s soul, rest in peace in the embrace of the pure and bright light. Thank you, Mohanji, for your grace and blessing to experience yet another amazing truth of life through the beautiful and powerful journey of Mai-Tri.
Again, such healing, deeply comforting and momentous revelation. There is no death. We are immortal beings – I breathe in and out, filled with an exquisite sense of tranquility and peace.
It was after that experience that I understood the true significance of Parabrahma Swaroopa Mohanji. Parabrahma means Supreme Consciousness. Mohanji is found in every atom; he is here and everywhere. Mohanji is my very life-breath.
