As usual, before the start of the session, there was an open discussion and thereafter an explanation on Mohanji’s quote on, “Truth as it is”. I could not understand much about the various points discussed like time, space, measuring tape, shapelessness, mindlessness etc. Maybe due to my lack of proficiency/fluency in English, I preferred to keep quiet.

My personal experience is that with Mohanji conscious chanting technique, you invoke the mantra’s power and invoke the power and energy of Mohanji and connect to his consciousness. Thus chanting becomes many folds powerful.
The idea to organise an intense global sadhana for 41 days was conceived in a dream of one of our Mohanji Acharyas. In the dream, Mohanji had informed her to organise the sadhana. It was complete with instructions on how to do it, to the extent of what is to be written. He said that when the Power of Purity Meditation is practised every day for 41 days in a group, a powerful golden grid is created around the Universe, which helps us flow into space to connect to the loving and healing energies instantly.
While listening, I could feel Mohanji’s energy very tangibly inside me moving up my spine to the top of my head. I spontaneously began to see inside my head the different teachers and Masters that I have connected with and all the different processes that I have practised at different stages in my life. It then dawned upon me that the driving force, the connection and the source of all experiences behind them were Shiva.
As I sit down in Ahimsa The Vegan Café today on the 22nd of December 2018 (Datta Jayanti) finishing off this article on my laptop, with Mohanji’s picture up on the wall of the Café in front of me, I can’t help but reflect on that day over seven years ago, the 4th of November 2011. On that fateful day, I was waiting anxiously at Heathrow airport terminal 3 with my 10-year-old son Vivek and a bunch of bright orange roses in my hand to meet Mohanji for the first time. Little did I know how he was to change my life and what experiences lay ahead of me! This was the start of an amazing new journey in my life. What a journey it has been so far!
I was recently fortunate to meet Devi Amma (a spiritual Master from South India) and receive her blessings. When I prayed to her that I wanted to walk the path of spirituality and serve mankind, she asked me to go to Shri Mohanji. Coincidentally, the 21-day program was initiated, and that is how I became a part of Mohanji’s group. Before I share my experiences with the beloved Masters and Acharyas during my sessions, I want to share a little about myself. My apologies for the length, but I just wanted to pour out my feelings and gratitude.
The mind is a monkey. It has to jump in and share its opinion on this glimpse of the state of pure love. So, my next thought was – if I live like this, with a wide-open heart, the world will dry my heart into pieces easily. So, how do I protect it? How do I live with an open heart and at the same time keep it protected?
Later, I learned about the book by Mohanji, called ‘The Power of Purity’. As I opened the book, I wondered if I would be able to understand it. But it is written in such a crystal clear and understandable way and in such simple language that it clears away all doubts. As I read it, I felt like I was savoring the celestial nectar of the Ultimate Truth.
My spiritual journey started with my first Guru, Sufi Saint Baba Jahangir. But it was just a ritual at that time. Even though Baba’s teachings are very powerful, I found it very complicated to understand the deepest meanings of his core messages with my limited capacity and knowledge about spiritualism. My lack of insight was such that I was not able to understand Baba’s teachings about liberation, detachment, unconditional love, no expectations, silence, etc.
